Forum Guidelines
These Guidelines are set-up to help make the most out of the member's visits. They also will help Member's possibly find the answer they are looking for as in most cases others have had similar issues. They also help Staff with helping Members in that most info needed is given ahead of time so this in it's self results in a faster resolution.
1. New Members - We like for new members to Introduce themselves to the community and staff. Helps keep a friendly environment.
2. The most easily thing for a member to do when they first come in with an issue is to do a thorough search of the forums. Try using different words or different phrases for your searches so you have more of a chance to possibly find what your looking for.
3. If you come in and your search of the forums have come up empty, make a post in the appropriate section with your issue. If your not sure which section is correct for your issue then post it in what you think is the closest to what you need. Please DO NOT re-post over and over in different sections with the same issue, this will not get your issue resolved any faster. If the topic needs moved then Staff will do it.
4. When posting your issue, please make sure to INCLUDE your site's url and include as many details as you can about the issue. This includes CMS info and version.
5. Please be patient in waiting for a response we will get to your issue as soon as we can.
6. Please do not post question's in the shoutbox, they will be deleted and dis-regarded.\
7. If you are a DFGHosting Client and have a SERVER or Client Account issue, please use the ticket system provided in your account's client area at DFGHosting.
Thank You,
DFG Staff
